Sockeye Solutions' unique architecture allows business users to easily configure templates such as the Service Parts Collaboration Application to the execution requirements of their organization. The application handles the complete lifecycle associated with managing service parts orders, real time inventory management and availability, the reverse flow of product, planning as well as capturing and modifying the related business processes.
Sockeye's Service Parts Collaboration 3.0 offers a comprehensive environment for optimizing the parts requirements of customers or field service engineers. Customer service personnel or field engineers can enter orders through a secure web interface that offers anywhere, anytime data entry or dynamically via existing systems and call centers. Fulfillment (ATP) of parts availability is immediately provided based on preferred sourcing rules. The workflow then continues through allocation to shipment and the returned defective goods (RMA). Service parts collaboration maintains optimal inventory levels at all supply chain locations according to user-definable business rules and inventory targets.
