AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc., a provider of high-quality software and solutions in China, announced today that it has rescheduled the announcement of its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2003 to Tuesday, January 20, 2004. This change has been made due to the national Martin Luther King holiday in the United States, during which the US stock markets are closed.
The timing of the earnings announcement conference call has also been changed and will take place at 5:00am Pacific Time/8:00am Eastern Time on January 20th (Beijing/Hong Kong Time: January 21, 2004 at 9:00pm).
