China Life Insurance Company has signed a formal agreement with Founder to work together to upgrade China Life's data processing center.

Previously, the China Life Insurance Data Management Center was responsible for processing all the company's service data, however since being listed, the data processing center no longer meets the rapid development of the company.

In order rectify the situation, China Life has decided to renovate the original system, involving in the purchase and/or upgrading of relevant equipment and systems necessary for provincial-level processing centers such as application and database servers, disk storage facilities, SAN storage section exchangers, administrator work stations. System software affected will also be upgraded, including the operational system, backup software, cluster software, management software and development tools. Founder will assist in the upgrade in Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Ningbo and Guizhou.
