99Bill has reached a cooperative agreement with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) to provide phone-based payment services for Internet users, both individuals and businesses.
As part of the partnership, 99bill will activate phone-based payment services, and to complete a transaction, users will only need to access ICBC's 95588 certified with an integration code. This makes it possible for users to make purchases and handle payment without logging on to the Internet thus bringing in a much larger customer base and expanding usability.

Based on the agreement, 99bill is expected to experience potential growth opportunities with its value-added services to be interacted with a wide range of ICBC's business segments.
