Nestle China and Beijing HJsoft reached an agreement for the development of a marketing network map system, aiming to improve Nestle's competitiveness by simplifying its reporting data and optimizing its sales site deployment with this system.
As a global food and beverage giant, Nestle holds a leading position in various sectors, including instant coffee, infant nutrition, bottled water, condensed milk, evaporated milk, ice cream, chocolate, malt beverages, and candies. With the expansion of its Chinese business, Nestle's report-type data analysis and delivery has become complicated. To solve the problem, Nestle hopes to establish an electronic marketing network map system to realize graphical sales region display and simplify the data information analysis for its internal reporting needs.
After meeting several fast moving consumer goods software providers, Nestle finalized its cooperation with Beijing HJsoft, which can allegedly provide advanced technologies, suitable functions, and effective responses.
HJsoft's marketing network map application developed for Nestle will focus on several sectors such as distributors, sales staff, terminal site selection, and network deployment optimization. The marketing network map will analyze and evaluate the store opening of distributors to avoid competition and redundant construction. For consumer analysis, the marketing network map will analyze consumers in different sales regions, so as to maintain a good relationship between distributors and consumers and increase sales and profits. For supply chain management, the marking network map can be used to plan and manage delivery routes and distribution lines to realize effective sales channel control, improve efficiency, and decrease risks.
