With this acquisition, Chinese enterprise will gain the world's leading technologies and products related to cloud security. On the completion of the acquisition, AsiaInfo security will be able to provide industrial Internet comprehensive security software. Zhang Fan, former general manager of telecom business unit of AsiaInfo, will be president of AsiaInfo security.
