Xiaopeng Motors announced that its service centers were opened in six cities, including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, and Dongguan, at the same time.
The company revealed that they plan to build 34 service centers in 34 cities in 2019 and expand its post-sales service range via mobile service.
He Xiaopeng, chairman and CEO of Xiaopeng Motors, said that based on former experience centers, the company's service centers added new delivery and post-sales functional modules, which will provide users with one-stop service scenarios, covering experience display, delivery service, and smart post-sales.
In regards to new car delivery, He said that Xiaopeng Motors will complete the delivery of 10,000 cars before the end of July 2019 and they will delivery 40,000 cars in 2019.
It is said that Xiaopeng Motors' offline sites have covered experience centers, urban service centers, service centers, and authorized service centers. In the future, they will build independent delivery centers to improve delivery quality and efficiency. So far, Xiaopeng Motors has 15 offline stores in formal operation and they have additional five stores in trial operation.
In addition, the company is accelerating its distribution of super charging stations. On March 18, 2019, its 30 super charging stations were officially put into operation in five cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Wuhan. Over the next three years, the company will distribute 1,000 super charging stations.
