Two of China’s top government authorities have entered a cooperative agreement to accelerate the digital transformation of the state-owned sector. The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) announced on 27 October that it had recently executed the “Strategic Cooperative Agreement on Accelerating the Driving of the Lianghua Integration and Digital Transformation of Central State-owned Enterprises” (??????????????????????????) with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
