A former boss of one the three largest state-owned telephone carriers in China is being investigated by the Chinese anti-corruption Agency. Li Guohua was formerly the general manager of China Unicom. The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection stated in a one sentence statement Friday that Li Guohua is being investigated for “severe violations” of law and discipline. The agency did not provide any details.
