Chinese startup ChingTao Energy Development has begun construction of a solid-state battery production facility in Kunshan, in eastern China’s Jiangsu Province, which will be designed for an annual capacity of 10 GWh. It is the company’s second factory. It is not yet known when construction will be completed.
