First word THE British Council, the UK's arm for cultural and educational diplomacy, has posted on its website an insightful article on "The Creative Economy" by John Newbigin. Mr. Newbigin was special advisor to the Minister for Culture, Chris Smith, and was closely involved in developing the UK government's first policies for the creative industries in the 1990s.
