Management at Sundance Resources are furious after the chairman of rival iron ore miner AustSino told the West Australian Supreme Court that he couldn’t comply with discovery orders because he lost his mobile phone in China. The orders to produce information brought against formerly ASX-listed company AustSino and its chairman Mr Chun Ming Ding relate to a sprawling dispute over claims by Sundance Resources that it was illegally stripped of rights to the Mbalam-Nabeda iron ore project, which straddles the Congo Republic and Cameroon.
