Eighteen press bodies on Wednesday wrote to Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, raising concerns about the shrinking media freedom in the country. The letter was sent a day after the Delhi Police raided several journalists associated with NewsClick and later sealed the digital news organisation’s office following allegations that it received money to spread Chinese propaganda.
