Ctrip.com (CTRP) says its shareholders have adopted a dividend plan.

They decided on dividend distribution of 30% of the company's net income for 2006 to shareholders, subject to determination of the record date by Ctrip's Board of Directors.

Min Fan, Ctrip's Chief Executive Officer, was also appointed to be an executive director of the company, effective immediately.
